This usRAP (United States Road Assessment Program) dataset attempts to represent the safety of state and federal-aid eligible roadways in Utah.
usRAP data is derived from approximately 100 meter road segments that were evaluated for safety by analyzing engineering characteristics. An index for vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles were produced. A rating of 5 stars (most safe) to 1 star (least safe) was used for each index. For each analyzed road segment, safety recommendations were also produced.
